Finding Guild Master

Okay, now because of some circumstances, i cannot be the guild master for the hwachong guild in bootes because i am joining justin, my good friend's, guild. However, we will be alliancing with each other's guild. So anyone who thinks he is up to the job, please write your name, level and other information. We will then decide on the posting.
He should be high leveled.
He should have a lot of money
He should be experienced
He should be active.

June Holidays Activities

Who wants to go and fight horntail and zakum during the june holidays somewhere during the end of the june holidays. Of course, any level will be accepted, but if you die... that will not be insured with mesos, so happy leveling.

Child Labour Part 3

Ok, i am going to continue to talk about child labour. First, some families even expect their children to start working for the family at a tender age. The indian government has been trying to tackle the problem and trying to give at least elementary education to children. India's policy on child labour has evolved over the years against this backdrop. The present regime of laws relating to Child Labor in India have a pragmatic foundation and are consistent with the International Labour Conference resolution of 1979. The government has banned people from employing children to work in abattoirs /slaughter houses, printing, cashewnut descaling and processing, and soldering. People below the age of 14 are also not allowed to work in factories, mines and hazardous employment and to regulate the working conditions of children in other employment. Of course, this clearly states that the government is trying to stop child labour. However, are they doing enough?

The hwachong guild

Ok, i thought of a name for our guild name. If you disagree with it, then please write a comment and tell me a suggestion and we will all judge it. It must :
not have vulgarities
not have any offending words
Of course, i will now talk about the things i am looking for

If you want to be a jr master, you will at least have to be:
LV 30 or above preferably LV 50 as you will be able to enter dead mine with us.
Make contributions of at least 3 million ( this can be waived off slightly lower if you have a good reason) minimum 2million.
Be quite active, maybe at least 4 days a week? In the holidays only of course, i wont blame you if you are not active during schooling times. I cant play too.

Other members will at least have to make contribtions of 100000 mesos. This can be reduced also if you have a good reason.

Of course, you will be thinking why i want you to pay so much money, of course it is because i will be broke if i sponsor everything so i will not be able to start the fund and have some guild activities.

Child Labour Part 2

Ok, now we tackle the problem deeper. Why do people want to use children instead of adults? First children are less clever, cunning, so they would complain less. 2nd they are less strong so even if they work harder, the company does not have to pay them too much, resulting in the growth of profits.

Why, do they need to invite all these children to go instead of recruiting adults with the proper payment? There are two reasons. One reason is that the company wants to have more profits. Because, by paying less for them, they can hire more workers, and production rates will rise, so they will earn more money. Another reason is that the company is in need of workers but they do not have enough money which means that the country is poor, to hire adult workers. So they target the poor children and offer a little bit of money, and of course the children will be desperately be in need of money so they will of course take the job.

Child Labour

Personally, I think that child labour is really a bad thing to do. It causes children to suffer and the factory/ work place owners forces the young children to work excessively and cause them to have illnesses. Some of them might not even have enough food to eat.

These children are use like tools and they are forced to work a lot just for the company owners to earn more money.

I think that these children should be sent to school for education so that in future, they can get better jobs. However what is keeping them from doing that is that they need to work so that they can eat 1 or 2 meals a day. If they go to school, they would not be able to earn money and they would have to starve. Some schools even require them to pay school fees and they would also have to buy stationary, books which will cost them alot of money.

Safety is not important in child labour to the company owners. All they think of is money, they would not bother to spend the money on their health and safety as it would decrease their profits by a significant amount. However, these poor children are willing to give their lives away for meals and feed their family. I think we should take a stand.

Term 2 Restarts

Hi! Maple Fans. Its term 2 and i have to continue posting on this blog. So, please continue to support me!!! Anyways, i want to share with you the new Dragon Hero in Maple, EVAN! It is a magician based on dragon tactics. I will be posting videos of its skill.

When you start a Evan character, it will be like the same scenario as Aran. However, there is no figthing. You will be walking through different passages and you will be saying somethings, unfortunately, the videos are all in korean so i cannot translate them for you. Then, you will meet the dragon you saw in your dreams and you will have a dragon mark on you arm after that.

Ok, now i will share some of the pros and cons about evan.

PROS: The damage is relatively not bad and you will have the normal magician skills too.

Dragon element attacks makes the character have all the elements of attacks like fire, ice, lightning so you do not need to worry about elements. You can train at where normal ice and lighting or fire and poison magicians train.

CONS: The cost of training a very good evan is high, lots of mesos are needed so you need to be rich.

The dragon that follows you around can only attack the direction you are facing, unlike the other jobs spawn like Fire Mage's Ifrit and Bishop's Bahamuth So if you are planning to train while being away from keyboard (AFK) it is recommendable to stand at one corner and make your dragon face all the monsters, or most likely you will die.

Yea, please continue to post comments on my blog. I WANT ACE POINTS!! Ok, new maplestory news. Chun Han will be joining our guild during the march holidays, however, he insist on using his cousins high level account to join the guild, and that high level account is even higher than our guild master, what do you think about this. Please consider the following.

Chun Han spent 0 sec 0 mins training that account and now he wants to join the guild and wants to do the Sharenian Guild Quest, which is actually dragging the low levels into death. Ergroth will kill all the level 50 and below in one attack.

Fanpu spent all his time training his soul master, which means he put in effort in his account and guild.

ChunHan did not give any contributions to the guild, while everyone else including the low level ones gave contributions.

However, chunhan will add a good manpower to our 6e09 guild. So, which option do you prefer?

Chunhan either joins with a new account he trained himself, or dont join, or, he plays the lv 98 and dont join our guild.
