Child Labour

Personally, I think that child labour is really a bad thing to do. It causes children to suffer and the factory/ work place owners forces the young children to work excessively and cause them to have illnesses. Some of them might not even have enough food to eat.

These children are use like tools and they are forced to work a lot just for the company owners to earn more money.

I think that these children should be sent to school for education so that in future, they can get better jobs. However what is keeping them from doing that is that they need to work so that they can eat 1 or 2 meals a day. If they go to school, they would not be able to earn money and they would have to starve. Some schools even require them to pay school fees and they would also have to buy stationary, books which will cost them alot of money.

Safety is not important in child labour to the company owners. All they think of is money, they would not bother to spend the money on their health and safety as it would decrease their profits by a significant amount. However, these poor children are willing to give their lives away for meals and feed their family. I think we should take a stand.
