Child Labour Part 2

Ok, now we tackle the problem deeper. Why do people want to use children instead of adults? First children are less clever, cunning, so they would complain less. 2nd they are less strong so even if they work harder, the company does not have to pay them too much, resulting in the growth of profits.

Why, do they need to invite all these children to go instead of recruiting adults with the proper payment? There are two reasons. One reason is that the company wants to have more profits. Because, by paying less for them, they can hire more workers, and production rates will rise, so they will earn more money. Another reason is that the company is in need of workers but they do not have enough money which means that the country is poor, to hire adult workers. So they target the poor children and offer a little bit of money, and of course the children will be desperately be in need of money so they will of course take the job.
